Architectural historian and TV personality Dan Cruikshank gave an entertaining talk on the importance of architecture to a capacity audience at the Flavel on Friday November 4. He was on tour promoting his book ‘A History of Architecture in 100 Buildings’ and his newly published book, ‘Spitalfields – The History of a Nation in a Handful of Streets’ sold at the event by Dartmouth Community Bookshop.
